PrecisionX is a company solely focused on satisfying the needs of OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers — from the design of parts and tooling, development and validation of the manufacturing process to mass production.

We employ vertical transfer press technology, progressive die stamping, swiss screw machining and wire EDM to manufacture precision components from prototype to high-volume production.  All tooling is designed and fabricated in-house, and we offer a suite of secondary services, including heat treatment, assembly, finishing, and printing.

Deep Draw stamping process using part transfer between dies.

Swiss Screw Machining

Machining Process Capabilities  

    • Milling, Grinding, Slotting, Bending, Knurling, Thread Rolling, and Crimping

Precision machining for intricate, small parts made out out of round bar stock. 

  • Swiss Capacity and Quality Standards:
      • Diameters as small as .012” and as large as 1.25”
      • Part length up to 5.5”
      • Tolerances +/- .0001” on extremely complex and intricate geometries

Versatile machining for a variety of component sizes and complexities.

  • CNC Milling and Turning Capacity and Quality Standards:
      • Manufacture parts as large as 18” x 14” x 14” with surface finish up to 16uin
      • Tolerances as tight as +/- .0001”
      • 5 Axis capabilities allow for increased accuracy and productivity 

Precise electrical discharge machining geometrics with sharp corners and that require burr-free finish.

  • Wire Capacity and Quality Standards:
      • Manufacture parts as large as 14.5” x 12” x 8” with surface finish up to 6uin
      • Inside Corner radii as sharp as .006”
      • Tolerances as tight as +/- .0001”
