Utilizing both vertical transfer and progressive presses, we expertly achieve complex geometries from all formable metals. Our Capabilities Include:

In-Line Transfer and Progressive Die Stamping: Leveraging our extensive press resources for precision and efficiency in large-scale production. Capable of maintaining tolerances as tight as ±.0004” and offering deep drawing capabilities with a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 12x.

Contract Manufacturing: Comprehensive services from initial design to final product, ensuring quality at every step. We adhere to strict tolerances in line with industry standards.

Advanced Finishing and Secondary Services: Including in-die assembly, pad printing, vapor degreasing, annealing, plating, painting, anodizing, and more. Each process is conducted with precision to maintain the required tolerances.
