For over 100 years, Coining has been a leading supplier of machined and metal stamped products, serving a diverse range of industries, including Aerospace, Military and Defense, Medical, Telecommunications, Automotive, Semiconductor, and Hermetic Sealing. As a vertically integrated manufacturer, we offer a comprehensive suite of services such as Progressive Die Stamping, Blanking, CNC Milling, Turning and Drilling, Automatic and CNC Swiss Machining, Wire EDM, and Polishing. Our in-house production of all tools, dies, and fixtures underscores our commitment to quality and precision. The Engineering Team at Coining uses cutting-edge software tools like AutoCad, MasterCam, Pro E, Creo, and more, ensuring excellence in product development and innovation.

Our Capabilities Include:

Progressive Die Stamping: We specialize in crafting parts with thicknesses from .003” to .250”, maintaining tolerances as tight as ±.0005”.
Secondary Stamping: Our capabilities extend to stamping parts post-production to add complex features efficiently and repeatably.
Swiss Screw Machining: Our 7-axis Star Swiss CNC machines produce intricate turned parts. Diameters range from .012” to 1.25” and up to 30” in length, holding tolerances as tight as ± .0001”.
Vertical CNC Machining: Our 5-Axis Vertical CNC machines fabricate custom precision components, accommodating dimensions up to 31.5” in length, 17.7” in width, and 21.3” in height, primarily in hard-to-machine aerospace/space-grade metals.
Wire EDM: Our EDM department supports small to large volume production runs with short lead times, meeting industry-leading tolerance and surface finish requirements.
